Privacy Policy

Threadline provides a persistent context layer for AI agents. This policy explains what data we collect, how we store it, and the controls you have.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and basic profile information (e.g. name) when you sign in.
Context objects: structured user context you (or your agents) write to Threadline, such as preferences and other permitted fields.
API usage and audit data: metadata about API calls (e.g. agent, action, timestamps) used for security, rate limiting, and billing/usage visibility.
How we store it
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres).
Supabase encrypts data at rest and uses TLS in transit.
We may cache certain context reads in Redis for performance.
Your rights and controls
Delete context: you can delete your context data from the trust dashboard.
Revoke grants: you can revoke an agent's access at any time.
Data retention
User context is stored indefinitely until the user or developer explicitly deletes it. Users can delete their context at any time from their account dashboard.
No sale of data
We do not sell your personal data or user context to third parties. We use vendors only as needed to operate the service (e.g. hosting and database).
