By accessing or using Threadline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

No abuse, disruption, or attempts to circumvent security or rate limits.

No illegal use, including storing or processing unlawful content.

No use that infringes third-party rights.

Free tier limits

The free tier is limited to 2,500 calls per month. Limits may change over time, and we may enforce them through rate limiting or usage checks.

Service availability

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. There is no SLA on the free tier. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Billing

Threadline is a usage-based API product. All payments are final. If you have a billing question or concern, contact support@threadline.to and we'll respond within 48 hours.
